The Centre of Contemporary Arts Cairns at 96 Abbott Street is a significant piece of Queensland Government regional arts infrastructure consisting of The Theatre, a 241 seat black box theatre, The Space, a large open plan rehearsal and performance venue, two A Class galleries, meeting and workshop facilities , plus a cafe and theatre bar number 96. ELIXER JAZZ CLUB
Directly behind us. Cairns’ only dedicated jazz club and piano bar. Bernie’s is a licensed venue also providing a “Tapas” style menu. Live music is provided 5 nights a week from 5pm to 12 midnight. Each night features additional guest performers.

SPLASH SEAFOOD

CAIRNS NIGHT MARKETS & FOOD COURT
Something for everyone. Licensed restaurants for a cold beer or a glass of wine with your dinner from the menu food court choices. They even have a good choice of Chinese massages operating from 12 noon every day to make the aches and pains of all the Night Time Shopping just disappear. Open every day of the year from 5pm in the Night Markets or 10am in the Food Court till late. They never close.

FRYDAYS FISH & CHIPPERY
A number one spot for good ol’ fish and chips with a twist. Providing a relaxed, casual atmosphere, and putting only the freshest local produce on your plate. Serving a great range of bang’n burgers, locally caught fish and off the hook hot packs and platters.
